Fiduciary Legal Fiduciary Legal is regulated by the Bar Council and the Bar Standards Board and carries a minimum of £2.5 million in professional indemnity insurance with Bar Mutual Indemnity Fund Limited. Disclosure requirements required under the Bar Code of Conduct, Bar Public Access Rules and the Provision of Services Regulations 2009 are dealt with in Fiduciary Legal’s Terms of Engagement which can be accessed through the following link:- Terms of Engagement Fiduciary Protector Limited Fiduciary Protector Limited was incorporated in Jersey on 13th July 2009 under number 103594 and is unregulated in Jersey. Fiduciary Protector Limited carries professional liability insurance but is precluded under the terms of the policy from providing further information without reverting to the insurer. Fiduciary Protector Limited's contract of services will be supplied on request. Both Fiduciary Legal and Fiduciary Protector Limited are able to rapidly obtain significant additional layers of insurance for specific matters if required. |
